Greg Allen graduated from the University of Kansas in 1971. Dr. Allen completed his dental training at the University of Missouri-Kansas City and graduated with a Doctor of Dental Surgery in 1975. Dr. Allen completed a General Practice Residency at the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Dentistry in 1976. He then entered the Oral and Maxillofacial Residency in 1976 at the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Dentistry and affiliated hospitals and graduated in 1980. Dr. Allen has served as a Diplomat to the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery since 1982. Dr. Allen is board certified by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. Dr. Allen is active in numerous organizations, including the American Dental Association (ADA), Kansas Dental Association (KDA), American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons (AAOMS) and the Midwest Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons.
Dr. Allen joined the Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Associates of Kansas City in 1982. Dr. Allen enjoys hunting, fishing, traveling and local sports. Dr. Allen is active in numerous community activities and is a loyal Kansas Jayhawk fan. Dr. Allen is married with two children.
